When colleagues from Innovative 24/7 Group met AlarmPeople, new perspectives emerged on how our software can become even better – to the benefit of both users and customers.
On November 3rd and 4th, we had the pleasure of welcoming our colleagues from Innovative 24/7 Group to two inspiring days together with AlarmPeople.
The days were filled with discussions, idea generation, and knowledge sharing, where we explored new ways to improve our software. The focus was on creating even better solutions for our customers – technically, functionally, and in terms of user experience.
When different perspectives meet
The collaboration clearly showed the strength of bringing together diverse skills and cultures. Even though we work in different countries, we share the same goal: to develop software that makes everyday life easier and more efficient for our customers.
The two days allowed us to dive into everything from user experience and product design to operations and future development plans. When international perspectives meet local insights, new ideas emerge that strengthen both the technology and the collaboration.
Innovation through dialogue
We worked closely across teams and roles – and that collaboration made the dialogue especially valuable. Discussions ranged from concrete improvements to broader strategic visions for how we can further develop our software and meet customer needs even better.
It became clear that innovation does not happen in isolation. It arises when people share knowledge, ask questions, and think together. The two days were a strong example of how open communication and shared commitment lead to real progress.
